AGREEMENT

I. The Parties. This Service Contract ("Agreement") made is by and between the listed Service Provider and Client. By checking the boxes in this Agreement I acknowledge I have read and understand the terms of this Agreement.

Client: Alpha Xi Omega and Delta Mu Omega Alumni Chapters of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. P.O. Box 424 Rancocas, NJ 08073

Service Provider and Client are each referred to herein as “Service Provider and Client."

NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, the Client provides vendor table space to the Service Provider at their Founders Day Gala Event at the Delta Hotel in Somerset, NJ. The Service Provider is permitted to sell products under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the Parties:

II. Term: The term of this Agreement shall commence on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 6:30pm and terminate on Sunday September 29, 2024 at 12:00am. At-Will. Written notice of at least two weeks' notice.

III. The Service: The Service Provider agrees to provide the following: Hereinafter known as the "Service". The Service Provider shall provide, while performing the Service, that he/she/they shall comply with the policies, standards, and regulations of the Client, including local, State, and Federal laws and to the best of their abilities

HOURS OF OPERATION: The allotted area designated for the Service Provider shall remain open while the Event is in progress.

SET UP AND TEAR DOWN: The Service Provider shall set up their table at the facility for sale on Saturday, September 28, 2024 between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. The Service Provider must remove his/her items for sale from the facility no later than 1:00am on Sunday, September 29, 2024.

PAYMENT: The Service Provider is provided with the Space at the Event in exchange for $150.00 to be paid upon signing this Agreement. Space location will be assigned by the Client and provided to the Service Provider in advance of the Event.

APPEARANCE: The Service Provider is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Space provided in an organized and neat manner. This responsibility includes the Service Provider's responsibility to remove bulk trash. Should the Service Provider fail to keep the Space in an orderly manner will result in additional removal fees

DISPLAY AND SIGNS: All displays in the facility must be free standing. Nothing may attach to walls or columns of the building by any means at all. Signs must be free standing. Signs should not block other vendor's shops. Signs may not attach to the walls or columns of the building.

INSURANCE: The Service Provider is soley responsible to obtain insurance coverage on property brought into the Facility. The Service Provider assumes full responsibility for items left in the facility. The Client accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged property and is not required to carry additional insurance to cover the Service Provider's property
